Thinking about setting up a writefreely account somewhere to miniblog some tech mumbojumbo that doesn't really fit here and could use permalinks and search indexing.
Does anyone around here do this?

@adasauce was _sort_ of interested in one of the ActivityPub-driven platforms, but eh...I dunno how much trust to put in ActivityPub stuff if I'm honest, like, long-term. maybe I'm worried about nothing
@Alyx the nice (i think, still researching) part about writefreely/write.as is that AP integration is enabled for comments / engagement, but at its core is still a bloggy platform. so even if all the ActivityPub world explodes, or if you want to disable comments, that's all cool AFAIK. Then it just turns into a markdown -> cute rendered posts platform.
