i got really gorram lucky that wolverine danger was a name that runs in the family so i didn't have to alienate anyone when i picked it
on the other hand, i'd already been not on speaking terms with most of my blood for years before then
not actually sure what the difference ends up being. either i distanced myself from them and changed my name or i changed my name and distanced myself from them. would've all happened about the same time anyhow
