I’ve seen like an increase of “therapists/healers” on instagram over the past few months that basically put out this view that shames people for EVER needing or wanting healthy relationships with others or that it signifies something is wrong with them. Like putting out the view that you must heal completely alone or something is wrong with you. It’s fucking absurd and it makes me angry that theyre sharing this harmful view to a vulnerable demographic!! :-(
