also the republic navy are the ones who keep trying to scan my cargo and fine me for carrying illegal goods and i don't get what the big deal is? but more frustratingly when i'm out of fuel and i need to ask one of the friendly random ships nearby to help half the time it's a navy ship and i get shot down by pirates because the pirates are trying to shoot the navy but i can't get out of the way bc i need to dock with them for fuel
I've talked about this before but the level of propaganda here is astounding. I grew up in a nation defined by its resistance to monarchy, but when they told me that same country still has a monarch they just said "it's actually fine" and I never questioned it again
They really can make people think anything, huh

i see so much recruitment propaganda from the republic navy just flying around and a) i have no idea if it's even possible to join b) i'm so glad i accidentally sided against the republic if they're Like This

i am, officially, an accidental pirate. well, smuggler, to be precise. probably there was some kind of signs when i took the job that it wasn't strictly legal but i only noticed when the people i delivered to were all cagey
i don't know how to feel about being so oblivious i *accidentally* became a smuggler. woulda preferred that to be a deliberate choice on my part
i'm not sure if this is a threat or an offer but it is very much a True Statement About Me so i guess that works too
seriously if you do anything whatsoever that reminds me of any part of a song i know i Will start singing it
on key-board smashes [joke post] [cw: long post, gross & vomit warning]
not to keyboard-smash shame, but, the more a keysmash resembles the sound a cat makes when yakking up a hairball the further they stray from human communication
for example "heughghg" or "sopdipao"
creating aesthetically pleasing key-smashes is not challenging, see: "asdfghjkl"
it's simple, light and is clearly a key smash, not oversaturated with vowels and effective. but it is a planned key-smash as it is the middle row of the qwerty keyboard.
that said, in order to be authentic and accurately express the emotion of they Key-smasher they must be spontaneous... premeditated key-smashes are not fun for anyone.
so, how do you consolidate the spontaneity with aesthetic value? idk lol sdjgklsjdgdsg
a bug, not a feature.
