It's frustrating how many people going on estrogenizing HRT aren't told about the fact that it is (anecdotally) pretty common for people on such to get periods! Moodiness, weird digestive issues (constipation or diarrhea), cravings, and stomach cramps tend to be not uncommon. These hormones don't just cause uterine cramping but *smooth muscle* cramping which includes stomach/intestinal muscles
