Ok, Shrek probably didn't come out in the 90s, but it is spiritually a 90s movie. It has a gross-out animated protag, lots of sarcastic, reference-based humor, and Smash Mouth. It's not only a 90s movie, but the MOST 90s movie next to Tank Girl.
