@Pyretta It's definitely A Thing, tho maybe not as much as catgirls for trans girls. Even cis people joke about werewolves being a metaphor for puberty, whether they're relating it to menses or growing muscle mass and hair...so if you're on HRT, and undergoing changes, it's an easy image to latch on to. I guess for me, it also relates to feeling like a weird monster, and dealing with toxic masculinity and the body horror of first puberty.
