Also, to the people from USA reading this, Indian constitution doesn't guarantee absolute freedom of speech. There are various laws in Indian Penal Code which are so vague or broadly defined that any critic of government or any religion can be under the purview of them.

If you hire someone to paint a room and then demand they paint the entire house and insist they shouldn't get paid more and not hiring more painter is unprofessional behavior from an employer.

Any claim of professional high ground in scenarios like that is the expensive suit version of insisting artists should work for exposure and\or should be grateful you stole their art to earn money from its sale.
