there needs to be like
a "this is why these instances are blocked" list so people are like "oh, well i guess" instead of people having to just go on people's word

@boots indeed! seems like some instances are putting this on their "extended info" page, for example @Akatookey and anticapitalist.party/about/mor

Others have it on Github, like @nolan at github.com/tootcafe/blocked-in , but it's a lot harder for non-devs to discover it there.

A standard would in fact be useful :)
