@Rezulux it was actually a joke about a theoretical 4D 200 sided die

but also im imagining this but D&D computerfairi.es/media/LYCknRj

@boots I can't because I've never played D&D because every game I join ends up dissolving before or like the day after starting :V

@Rezulux i joined a dnd game once and we finished one single starter campaign
it was a good dnd
intimidate was a free action so i would just yell at everything until it was scared of me
i managed to intimidate so hard i scared rats

؜

i was not a very good rogue

@boots I like to imagine you just running around screaming at everything until it yields, even doors

@Rezulux we did actually try rolling intimidate on a door but fortunately we managed to just break it down

the person who was training us was not exactly pleased with our approach and informed us that we couldve just looked for the key

@boots Well, D&D is all about the journey, not the goal, and a good DM will guide the players but not berate or punish them for going off track, I'd say busting a door down is far more interesting than looking for a key lmao

@Rezulux it was definitely not berating
it was more "uh,"

@Rezulux honestly that was probably the best session because it was basically "Angry Rogue With Hammer and Bard Who Can Only Cause Damage With Jokes fight Like, Ten Rats"

@Rezulux i honestly only picked rogue because i saw "high agility and acrobatics" and was like "Yes please"

@boots Rogues are great and they're my first choice if I can't be some sort of ranger, I love me some bows

@Rezulux oh yeah i had a shortbow and it was basically my weapon for "allow me to pick at you while i get closer so i can hit you with my hammer"
