1. go soldier or pyro
2. equip reserve shooter
3. shoot at rocketjumpers
reserve shooter minicrits things in mid-air due to rockets
it does not say it has to be *your* rockets
basically you end up pavlov belling every single soldier if you're good enough at this

the best part is that reserve shooter never actually kills them, it just leaves em at like 10 health so all they know is that rocketjumping is bad
by the end of my time there every soldier had either
1. gone nuts trying to kill me
2. switched to another class
3. started to just walk around
