opinion: a website that doesnt need to request information (like a blog or a news site) shouldnt be sending any data to any servers after the page is loaded

wouldnt it be nice if caches actually worked for websites that dont have any reason not to be cachable

@boots the web is garbage because most sites should need to download at most a new metadata index when you visit them the second time, but instead they send you all 11MB of javascript again

@chr @boots We shouldn't need the 11MB of JS in the initial download, either.
