"if we recommend things by creators who aren't well known to people who are interested in that genre of things, they'll have more viewers!"
the issue is
1. they promoted this video until this guy went from his average of 1 thousand views per video to TWO MILLION VIEWS
2. youtube has "Entertainment" as a category. yeah. just "Entertainment", no specifics.
3. this still has the issue of "recommending videos about things that people hate"
