I'm just gonna say this, folks...
Cut back SEVERELY on your energy drink consumptions, while you can.
Your body will one day not be able to cope with them, and the lasting effects to your cardio and nervous system as you get older will be terrifying.
One would give me a literal heart attack, at this point. I cannot have more than 2 caffeinated soda without some stress... not even 1 cup of coffee at all... and it's getting slowly worse.
Your adult bodies absolutely will feel the overclocking you do in your youth, and once the invulnerabilities of your 30s fade, and you hit your 50s...
This... sucks.
