What do you think about people self-diagnosing neurologic disorders? I know it's hard to get good professionals that can establish formal diagnoses somehow but I have trouble believing people who tell me they believe they have an ASD especially if they use it to justify or excuse rude/mean behaviour.

What do you think about this? How should I handle this kind of situation?
