I love to optimize on time. Start COVID test, make coffee while awaiting results, load dishwasher while coffee brews, send destination to car gps while drinking coffee…

I just wonder if maximizing my minutes is actually good for me or if the mental load is a cause of (rather than cure for) stress. I *believe* it’s the latter. But I’m not certain.
