Oooooooooih the place I ordered my grinder from sent me a little sample bag of some Panama coffee and I tried a shot of it this morning and OH BAYBEE it was delicious and complex and sweet and just *chef kiss*

I love this sprobot so much. Gamut (the espresso beans from Chromatic) still tastes exactly how I remember when I pulled shots on the machines there while I worked there. A little sweet, a good balanced acidity, a bit of ripe banana hint.
Now that I have it a bit more dialed in I can’t wait to test out some single origin coffees.
