@sanspoint considering how much they’ve straight up lied to downplay things I wouldn’t be surprised if “low-grade fever” was actually a 103+ fever and “fatigued” was essentially comatose in bed hardly breathing
Plus, it can take up to 5 days to see if symptoms worsen so if he’s already fatigued with a fever like 👀👀👀👀👀👀
