I tried out James Hoffman's recipe and it was really good
I gotta refine my technique a bit and REALLY adjust my grind (too over extracted and drained at about 4:30 instead of 3:30) but it tasted not too bad
Thankfully the coffee I used is super forgiving and even over extracted still tastes pretty fine
