Testosterone get the fuck out of my body challenge 2020

So I've noticed a few things about my body since I ran out of estrogen
1: my hair started falling out again after like 2 weeks. I'd be washing my hair in the shower and I'd have like at least 5 pieces of hair on my hand -_-
2: I just get gross gunk under my fingernails? I was a barista so I was sure to wash my nails well but like, I'll be not doing much and look at my hands and just GUNK
3: My skin gets fucking OILY AS FUCK after like, 2 hours of doing NOTHING
