My Toshiba hard drive vibrates a bit when it's working, and today I set about backing up pics from my phone so I could delete them, and the hard drive vibrated itself right off the desk, jerking it out of the USB port in the middle of file transfers. Now I can't open it. And also all 3 laptops in the house need updates before they can do anything including recognizing the remote keyboard I've used for years. What's going on 😣😣😣
