it's been a hard month to be vaguely afraid of dogs
It's dark when I'm running now and dogs are wayyyy more likely to bark at me
&
people secretly let their dogs off leash at the urban park (outside of the dog zone) and I've been jumped on twice! the dog like barrelling up off from some hidden area where I didn't even know they were there!
and also the neighbor keeps leaving their dog on their balcony and they just sadly bark

@hungrychangeling 🙀 This is exactly why I've been afraid of dogs most of my life. They're less scary to me now after I worked at vet clinics for a while, but still, large, dark shapes barreling out of the darkness is not my idea of a good time.
