Kennt jemand einen leicht verständlichen, nicht zu langen Text zum Thema "Traumatisierende Gewalterfahrungen und BDSM"? Gerne auf deutsch, von mir aus aber auch auf Englisch.

Es geht mir darum, wie der Zugang zu BSDM gestaltet werden kann, wenn eine Person in Kindheit, Jugend oder im Erwachsenenalter verbale und/oder körperliche Gewalt erfahren hat und wie eins damit umgehen kann, wenn die Erinnerungen und Gefühle, die damit verbunden sind, von Handlungen im Rahmen einer BDSM Session getriggert werden.

Oder anders ausgedrückt: Wie kann eins sich interessiert und spielerisch an BDSM herantasten und Freude daran haben, es mit anderen zu erkunden und zu erleben, obwohl eins Überlebende von Gewalt ist und Angst hat, dass alte Ängste und Empfindlichkeiten wieder hoch kommen?

Ich hoffe, ihr versteht, was ich meine. Sonst bitte nachfragen. Ich beiße nicht (außer du willst es so ).

I think a lot about this moment.
