Ok so someone I just emailed has the email address post@(domain).
I feel inspired. I also want a post@ email address. It'll delay the delivery for between 1 and 3 workdays 95% of the time, and for 4 workdays 99% of the time. And sometimes the email will just never arrive.
If it comes from a non-DE domain, these timeframes will become even longer.
Oh I have so many ideas for expanding this concept. Make it a whole email service instead of a single email address. Every now and then we'll strip the headers off an email and see if a human can still figure out how to deliver it. A complaints form where you need to fill in way too much stuff. Sending the email to the wrong recipient. Adding the option for signature-on-delivery, and if you don't check your email in that one minute, you have to "pick up" thr email from the website the next business day, but only between 10:00 and 18:00.
