ugh I have 3 ATA190 and they are basically useless rn because I dont have cucm. I hate cisco so much for this. supposedly you can also do it manually with tftp but you need to find a template to edit. for firmware I think the process was to just throw it on there with the filename being some combination of the mac address and some other stuff. I have some notes on this will look at it tomorrow maybe. but havent gotten it to work yet :(
