Last leg of our (train) journey: GWR from Paddington to Ledbury. Kind other travelers to #emfcamp also helped us get a seat (our seat reservation never arrived by e-mail...) and now we're happy and seated (albeit a bit hungry).

Getting from EuroStar to Paddington was a bit stressful. It took ages to exit the EuroStar terminal since some of the escalators were broken. Then we took the Thameslink, unfortunately already one later than planned to Faringdon (the Overground is included in Interrail, not the Tube though). The helpful ticket crew there was slowing us down though as they insisted to double check that we know where we're going :'-D

Switching in Faringdon was a bit stressful due to effectively a crossroad for people on foot and the constant stream made it very hard to cross. And $partner didn't make it through the door after me and had to take the next train...

Wenn I got off at Paddington, the lift was on the far side. And since I had our Interrail tickets, $partner couldn't get off her platform w/o me rushing over with luggage and all. Finally we found Pl. 2, I showed the ticket and wanted to show the 2nd, but he just shushed and waved me away – and then blocked $partner when I was already sprinting to the train. Had to go back again; finally boarded the train as the whistle blew

@nyastrid Uhhh, cool! While I didn't bring a phone myself (despite my huge luggage), I may be able to steal one :3
