It's just been brought to my attention that PayPal is randomly refunding previous commissions for the full purchase price of their commission while withdrawing it from a PayPal balance that's now in the negative.

If you've commissioned me recently, could you let me know if you received an email for a refund from the address provided? In the meantime, I'm probably going to have to open again just to cover for this deficiency.
