message that i am going to ram up their asses: you need to tell corporate to fucking get somebody out here to either fix or replace it because i am absolutely not going to use faulty equipment and potentially injure myself.

that would be a very nice payout, but i like having working eyes that aren't injured by high pressure water streams coming from holes in the hoses.
