Kernel-RegisteredProcessors essentially lets you change the limit on how many physical CPUs Windows will let you use (I'm only mentioning this one b/c its what I'll be changing)
tfw you meant to edit the Windows product policy so you could use all four of your CPUs (instead of being limited to two) and you forget and you dont want to reboot again
