kinda exited but also scared af

we'll give two workshops about talking about did/ddnos/ego state disorder to other people. don't know how it'll work out but at the moment pretty down about that this is überhaupt a thing

my Samsung Laptop is considered to be thrown away because there are no options for new hardware and stuff ;_;
