So this is Max. He is a ginger catte with green eyes and a little white spot on his chest. And good whiskers. And good paws. He is 9 years old I think

He loves lying on my head like this when I sleep. His belly is a good facewarmer and he's the best nightmare recovery.

Image description: Max lying next to me head in my pillow, his chin resting on my eye. I have light skin and very short hair, my eyes are closed and I am smiling.

Sometimes he also cuddles with his sister. He is a very cuddly cat. In this picture 2 fat ginger cats are lying in the cushion on top of a cat tree. One of them (Max) is curled up with his nose buried in the other cat's side. The other cat (Minka) is resting on the side of the cushion.

But Minka is pretty much the Queen of this cat colony.

In this photo you can see them both sharing a fluffy cat basket. That means, Max was sitting in it and Minka decided she wanted to sit in it too so she just lay down across the whole thing and her brother.

She also drinks from the watering can. I have no idea why, but she loves it. In the background you can see Max drinking from his regular bowl.

Here she is sitting on my lap. I am wearing my pajama pants. She always lets her feet hang down like this, often she will also cross her hands to look more cool I suspect. She has a white chin like it's been dipped in cream. In this photo she looks very relaxed and sleepy.

Max loves his spider plants. Here he is sitting on the floor, basking in the sun, and guarding his spider plants that are on the floor for chewing on. Yes, my apartment is messy.

This is a spider plant who is now blossoming. The spider plant is called Fluffy. Her mom spider plant is Trixie. Trixie is one of the plants on the floor for Max. Yes my plants have names. Yes I will be a plant great grandparent soon

This is me a few weeks ago.
I am a short medium size person who is using a manual wheelchair. In this photo I am wearing a light blue hat with a zebra on it, sunglasses, a light blue jacket and shirt with a microraptor on it, light blue jeans and grey shoes. I have a zebra striped bag on my lap. My wheelchair is white and black. Yes I like light blue. The zebra is because I have EDS, I am not especially excited by zebras

also my wheelchair is really shitty. i hate it.

This is a chicken I saw today. It is shiny black with a green shimmer. Scary dinosaur

This is a llama I saw today and another llama I saw today AND ANOTHER llama I saw today. I also hand fed all of them. They were nice.

These are sheep that I also saw and fed today. I also gave one of them a thorough back rub. He loved it.

This is a selfie I took more recently. I like outside selfies. Inside selfies are always without my chair because my apartment isn't accessible

@slooploon Such a fantastic thread with a lot of pictures. <3

@slooploon We have water bowls all over our house . Big one on the floor, two on the breakfast bar, and have to routinely turn the faucets on in the bathroom (both the sink and the tub) for a couple of the cats who are particularly picky. >.>

@WelshPixie i have many water bowls too. both cats are indoor kitties so they are used to bowls, but i have 3 regular bowls atm, then the watering can, a cat fountain and for Max i sometimes have to fill a cup when he jumps on my desk and demands drink

@slooploon They're so picky with water, hehe. Twinkie likes jumping in the bath after you've had a shower and licking the water up from the bottom of the tub - apparently they like that water because it's calcium-rich :)

@WelshPixie oh yeah both of mine do that with the shower too. and of course they drink the water from the plant saucers

@WelshPixie i often give max sparkling water too. he wouldn't like it all the time but he gets entertained by the fizz

@slooploon @WelshPixie Glencat is fascinated by baths being run, people being in baths, and watching them drain. He will climb on the edge of the bath and lean over to sniff the water (he has only fallen in twice to my knowlage, and was less upset by the experience than we expected). My housemate sometimes has multiple baths a day due to pain, so cat+bath is a regular show here. If I remember I will take pictures to demonstrate the cat scientist observing human-bath phenomena
