So far, mastodon is more draining than anything else. So much ableism, so many people so far removed from my life experience, and no stable community of disabled people around me for support. Idk how I'm going to continue from here.
@slooploon I p much had that issues with the main instance? its why I moved here cuz the community was nicer?
Ive found the whitelist awoo has and curating who follows me works p well? :-o
@Firstaide yeah it's just so much work, and hard to find "my" people cause the mastodon community is still so smol
The good thing though, this neat little instance seems to be quite wonderful. Feels safe and protected. So maybe I should just be more thorough with evaluating which people to follow.
