@ghost my store people acted like they knew what they were doing but were actually 100% clueless. and i'm so gullible, i always BELIEVE when people act like they know what they're doing. but in reality, i already knew better in the 1st appointment.
now i know exactly what model & configuration i want, but will be hard to get it
@ghost i don't know what i'll do if insurance denies. i still have some options for that case (sue them or crowdfund one) but i just hope it won't come to that.
meanwhile, i'm sitting here, staring at the outside and not feeling soo cut off from everything. i just want some fresh air
