Friends, are there apps that you use to combat executive dysfunction? Please help me get to the point where I can start actually doing things again.

Without meaning any disrespect: I am not looking for general productivity apps or "I just googled 'executive dysfunction' and this was what came up".

I am looking to treat a condition and I need recommendations from people who have successfully treated it. If that's not you or someone you know personally, your response may not be helpful to me.

@noelle the thing that helped me best was bulletjournal. i have a table of daily tasks in it too & other changes. can give you more detail if you're interested.
also, i started antidepressants, that was a huge help as well
