I didn't share my music here yet! So I'll fix that...

I'm still debating which place will be the best... in the meantime, two pieces I'm proud of are here: hearthis.at/rootsandengines/

And then there's my... rather unkempt Soundcloud profile. soundcloud.com/rootsandengines

(Uh, it still has my old location. Really haven't cared for it in a while!)

My FAWM profile: fawm.org/fawmers/ryuu/

Enjoy! :)

@netkitty hey there *pets kitty's head* I'm rather tired now, but you are welcome to stay and snuggle :)

@netkitty you take your time. I'll be over here in case you need a snuggle or a treat.

Autism +

Tbh I wish non Autistic people were aware of the fact that most Autistic people don't experience Autism as a total negative. Many of us are thankful for aspects of our neurodivergence, even if those same aspects can be negatives in some situations.

I experience the world differently because I am Autistic. I get overstimulated easily, but that also makes me more able to enjoy things I love, like a good song or a walk in nature. Sometimes I fixate on details, but it makes me good at work that involves precision. The fact that my mind is a little different than average allows me to commune with animals better than NTs, as I am good at understanding not everyone has the same needs and wants as me. I am thankful for what makes me different, even if it is hard sometimes.

We don't want a cure, we want acceptance and a society that is built to work with our needs.
