1. some companies do have #cbdoil in gelcaps! this makes it really easy to take, especially if you're a #spoonie on the go.

2. however if you want more variable dosing options, cbd oil with a dropper is often a better choice

3. with a variable dose of drops, you can also buy a stronger strength and then just cut the dose you take - and this will often mean you come out ahead money-wise (which helps bc this shit is a bit expensive)

i should really redo these but! stretches for drawing are also really useful for typing or playing computer games. these are some just real simple ones you can do at your desk (in both regular and catgirl versions)

case in point, i'm honestly pondering doing a mini rp event in #ffxiv where the bar/tearoom/cafe opens for a special new year dinner, where i can look at all of the historical traditional new year's food and represent it. okay, so it may be half research, half an excuse to serve ham, black eyed peas, and collard greens (or eorzean equivalent thereof). (with pepper hot sauce on every table ofc, i'm not a monster who would make even fictional characters eat collards without)

why do i know this stuff? a) i like domestic history, b) i'm fat and very food-motivated, c) my comfort food tv is bbc documentaries about domestic history lmao

honestly i think it really is worth it if you treat some of her major music videos like art films. pagan poetry (pictured in gif), all is full of love, joga, wanderlust, i miss you, the gate. they're just solid pieces of visual work and really interesting collaborations with directors/designers to boot (for example, the music video for 'i miss you' is animated by john kricfalusi; pagan poetry features a dress that i consider to be some of the absolute best of alexander mcqueen's work)
