Simple four-step restoration fix for the Twitter algorithm since Elon's ego got so hurt that he apparently had it adjusted to favor him:

1. Go to @elonmusk's profile.
2. Click/tap the three dots.
3. Click/tap "Block".
4. Confirm "Block".

It'll work for now, until he bans it!
