@NanoRaptor If you have no legit need for the Game Bar, it can be uninstalled. Though in some circumstances this may come with the side effect that your paper cutter might occasionally pop up a "Please choose an application to handle 'ms-gamebar://' links:" window instead.

@wildweasel Yeah - the workaround isn't too difficult, just a setting to turn the thing off. 30 seconds at worst.
But of course it's just one random distraction of many. The next time it could be almost *anything* else. And then the hunt for how to fix that surprise. Then the next. and next.
