I’m not sure how much flavor would be extracted from the hazelnuts? There’s honestly no harm in trying though, unless you like have an espresso machine since I don’t know how the groupheads would hold up against something that isn’t coffee
If grinding it together spent work then maybe a sort of hazelnut simple syrup?
