voting, being poor
i feel shitty about not being able to vote but i still have a suspended license, am not registered in this state, and have no transportation. i am sorry.
my act of resistance today was not jumping off the parking garage i climbed to the top of to take these sunset pics. not throwing myself into one of the busy intersections i crossed to walk home, was another.
all i can do for the resistance right now is keep myself alive, and that isn't enough for me, but it has to be.

it's beyond frustrating, the sheer number of barriers that exist that can so easily get in the way of something that should be so much more readily and easily available. it's bullshit, and it isn't any fault of your own

i agree, the barriers suck and they should pay people to go door to door and collect fucking votes. or allocate labor from the many aspects of the military who just sit around maintaining old, outdated war machines (like the friend of mine who spent 4 years in the navy .... maintaining a boat .... that hasn't been in commission .... for multiple decades.... but that's more important)
