I want something like a mask, with LEDs over my eyes so I can make funny expressions and a mic/speaker for voice changing in the mouth part

Anyway I'll probably start with something like a dust respirator and build on top of it
I've got this whole directory of reference pictures for how I can craft and mount a smooth visor onto it

Once you're dealing with a visor you can pull all kinds of neat tricks
Because people can't see *through* it as well, you can space out the LEDs far enough for you to see without too much obstruction, but close enough that an outside observer still sees the "face"

@Chel my sketches and plans for *this* one are to make the visor and then glue retroreflective material behind it, with the reflective material facing out
Since they're in the corners of my field of view, I wouldn't be obstructing much
