@Chel @feathersong @decis we lived in the apts above uwajimaya for the 1st year, leaving when they tried to raise our rent by way too much

the place was really spooky. we once found a guy sitting in the middle of the hall outside our apartment just... sitting. silently. a neighbor disappeared without a trace. someone was murdered right out front. my mom was locked in a stairwell at 5 am.
