@patience ugh, yeah. we’re in one of the uh... cheaper areas, and it’s still mind boggling, even for a tiny place that’s mostly a hallway
probably vacating the entire region next year entirely as a result tbh
@Chel when i left, the last couple of "cheaper" areas (which wasn't, like, Federal Way or Lynnwood) were basically Lake City and south of New Holly/Rainier Valley
but that was more than a decade ago
