@DarkWitchClaire @LunaDragofelis @isi well optimally, you'd either build better break facilities to make being "on call" less arduous, or have enough shifts such that people so have the opportunity to go home

@Breakfast @LunaDragofelis@vulpine.club @isi i agree, and maybe also not assigning those people other tasks so they don't feel like they have to be work extra to be productive during downtime
