No, my Celaeno was an AI who felt most comfortable being embodied as a space ship rather than a humanoid form.
But she was in an Eclipse Phase game... so her queer exploration of finding out she's now considered a person and not a thing was contrasted against a very siliconvalley transhumanist horror future where like fucking Kellogs and Hasbro merged to become a military design firm or some shit like that.
@00dani notably there was a socialite party we had to go to as a crew, while the rest of the meat-nerds were rubbing elbows, Celaeno was doing her usually hacker-intel gatehring shit.
But at the same time she'd been cornered by a few other AI characters and was being coaxed into trying out having a hologram presentation of herself.
Started with a floating box, then just an image of the ship, then a generic nothing humanoid shape.
By the end of the party? She'd put together a catgirl hologram and uh... totally deleted it and didn't save it to the ship's data banks <_< why do you ask, no you can't see that encrypted file.
