@Nine As in hunger pangs? Or as in, upset and demanding a run to the bathroom?
If the latter, try some peppermint tea. If you can't get peppermint tea, just some peppermint Mentos, or even chewing some very minty chewing gum would help.
Chewing on a mint leaf or two would also work.
If no peppermint anything, some ginger would help.
