anxiety is telling me to ask if I've done anything wrong and to apologise for it but I... don't really think I have?? but... I dunno. um, if I have done something wrong I really do apologise I just... wish I knew what it was so i could maybe try and fix it, but...
... I just... I hope everyone will be okay. something bad has happened. it's upset so many people I care about and it's scary.

I don't knwo what's gone on, I have no idea. I'm hearing vague things and... I'm not sure I WANT to know either??? Not because I don't care but because I don't want to make anybody else have to be more worried by explaining it or upset anybody else by making them spend more energy...
