@LANthus she's doing this, out loud, as the clerk looks distinctly uncomfortable, as Samus slowly bags her shopping. The rest of the queue stares. one person glances at the cashier worriedly, who returns the glance, trying to mask it behind a smile.

Finally she leaves, still monologuing as she goes. everyone breathes a sigh of relief they didn't realise they were holding.

Then she comes back.

She forgot milk.
