@Brainship considering the fact the Junimos turn up in the game for you to see I think that's a foreshadowing that your grandfather had seen them too hence why you can, and also he was a hecka adventurer when he was younger, going into the mines and whatnot to battle monsters.

The eldrich lookin wallpaper tho is a new one on me and kinda weirding me out ^^; But yeah it's nice environmental storytelling!
