@rey i both love and hate that word. I love it because it makes me giggle, and it's a really good word, and really is indicative of what it means. Mouthfeel is a great concept.

I also hate how gross it sounds. XD

But yes I absolutely agree, wholewheat pasta's texture in the mouth (the [i]mouth feel[/i]. god i love saying that awful wonderful word) is amazing.
